Students of Technology in Politics (STIP) is a city council party in Delft with a young, refreshing vision of everything that happens in the city.

STIP wants a vibrant and sustainable city bursting with technology and innovation. New techniques accelerate the transition to a sustainable city and are the engine of the Delft economy. We ensure that there is always something to do in Delft. We are solving the housing shortage by building more houses and using them more efficiently. We stand for an innovative, pleasant and sustainable Delft!
Sustainability is priority number 1. Delft is going to insulate, install solar panels and stop using gas. We do everything we can for a clean and green future!

  • Hoe ervaren studenten hun woonsituatie?

    STIP heeft de afgelopen tijd meerdere signalen binnengekregen over de verkoop en sloop van vele studentenhuizen. Daarom besloten we om samen met ORAS, WijWonen, SHS Delft en de Verenigingsraad een onderzoek te doen naar de woonsituatie van de Delftse student. Deze maand hebben wij het rapport gepubliceerd. Wil jij weten wat we hebben geleerd?

  • Veilige en leefbare wegen: STIP wil daadwerkelijke 30 km/uur zones!

    In Delft geldt op veel wegen al een maximumsnelheid van 30 km/uur. Maar in de praktijk zijn wegen niet altijd zo ingericht dat automobilisten zich ook echt aan die snelheid houden. Dat leidt tot onveilige situaties en is een gemiste kans voor een betere leefomgeving. STIP vindt dat dit beter kan.
